Another hit, Kristen. I'm really enjoying your recipes. I find your directions very clear and easy to follow. Next up, your Instant Pot creamy tomato soup. It's very similar to the stove top recipe I’ve used, so it's made it simple to adapt from one to the other. Thanks.

I used condenced French onion soup from can. And I used birds eye frozen skillets / garlic & white wine mushrooms. And I added more garlic. We love our garlic. And I served over mashed potatos. Full of flavor and was very tastey . Yumm
.so

Hey there! I am sorry you found the pork to be dry. Try cutting the cooking time down by 2 minutes next time to see if that helps. It may have just been the cut of pork 🙁

I'm sorry to say these turned out dry for me. My boneless pork chops were a little over an inch thick and I followed the recipe exactly including letting it slow release for a little over 10 minutes. The gravy was able to compensate-we just sliced the pork chops very thinly.. I do appreciate the detailed instructions and thought we would love these :(.

Our first time using the instant pot to cook pork chops without Cream of Mushroom Soup (I am dairy free). This was easy and more tasty than with the soup - it's not overly salty. I dredged and brown the chops before putting them in the instant pot and even though I did 9 chops instead of 4 they were perfect! Thank you for such a great recipe. It is printed and will be added to our favorite recipes notebook!!

This was very easy to make and it turned out being very flavorful. Pork chops for tender and I had lots of gravy for leftovers. I will definitely save this to do it again. Next time I think I'll just add more mushrooms.

Hi Adrianna! This recipe can be doubled in a 6-quart model. Double the ingredients, but keep the cooking time the same.

Can you double the recipe in a 6 quart instapot? And if so would I just double everything?

That is a great tip if you want a good sear, however, I don't find it necessary for the flavor in this particular recipe 🙂

This was absolutely delicious, and my pork fell off the bone...so yummy, my husband is already asking me to "please make it again!" I did let it slow release 12 minutes, but only because I was whipping my garlic mashed yellow potatoes...was a perfect pairing.... thanks again for your recipe!

As evidence, the chops in the pic above have practically zero sear on them. Use a blazing hot heavy skillet and get them good and brown.
