This blackberry mojito was amazing. It was so refreshing, and I absolutely loved the flavor! I will be sipping on this drink all summer long!

Hi Claire! I am so glad you enjoyed these so much! If you are using frozen blackberries, I would actually recommend letting them thaw and then pureeing with the simple syrup and lime juice--it will help to bring out that blackberry flavor 🙂 Not necessary, but it will help

I made these over the weekend and they were so delicious! I had to remind myself to only drink a couple of them!
I loved the mint and blackberry combo. Could I make it with frozen blackberries? As I feel I need this available all year round!

The mojito is my favorite cocktail for hot summer days, and this blackberry version was amazing! So simple, but sooo good!
