In reply to Karena. Hi Karena! I would use additional peppers or yellow squash. The potatoes would need to be parboiled, then grilled, adding a lot of prep time to this salad.

I love the idea of a grilled panzanella, and the addition of sausage definitely makes it a meal. Yum!

I have been saving up cubes of bread for summer salads. (I decided I'm sick of trying to get decent slices off the last inch or so of my multigrain sourdough so I'm just cubing it and freezing). I love the idea of grilling everything and tossing it all together--that's very clever. Looking forward to tomatoes to try this!
