I used Himalayan pink salt, not so overtly salty that way.

If you only have fine powder garlic and onion reduce to 1/8 cup. Also add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Sounds weird but trust the process.

This is my go-to secret ingredient! I have this on hand at all tmes and store in a jar with a removable shaker lid. Makes it easy to just shake up and shake on food or use a measuring spoon when I need more than a shake. Also great on salad with a drizzle of olive oil!

This is super delicious. I've been using this recipe for over a year. Get tons of comments on how good the food taste.

I use 1/4 cup of kosher salt and then triple all the remaining ingredients.
Pierce my meat gently and apply seasoning. Wrap tightly with saran wrap and marinate for 1 or more hours.
Awesome..meat is tender and juicy.

This is really a fantastic blend and easy to throw together. A great alternative to store bought. I've gone through so much of it already!

I just love your gluten free seasoned salt! I have had several requests from family and friends as to what seasonings I have used in several dishes!!! I do not add any salt to my mixture so I can add salt as needed.

Hi Sarah! I love adding oregano to just about everything, but it is a lot stronger than parsley. I would only suggest using 1-2 teaspoons of oregano.

Can I use Oregano instead of Parsley?

Needed some seasoned salt for a recipe I was making (salmon salad) and found this. Only made 1/2 recipe and I’m glad I did. It makes quite a bit especially if you only need a little. I used regular organic paprika and an organic chili powder I had. It looks very different from my normal seasoned salt and was relieved to find that this does not have sugar in the recipe. Don’t feel that sugar is necessary. The salmon salad turned out great! The seasoning was very good for this. Thank you for posting this recipe!

Very tasty. I made this to make a dairy-free version of your cream of chicken soup and I was so pleased with both. Thank you!

Hi Rachel! Store-bought blends may have a bit of sugar but the advantage of making at home is you can control the ingredients. I don't find the added sugar to be necessary.

Hi Phelicia! I hate hearing you disliked this so much. Is there any chance you used Cayenne or smoked or chipotle chili powder or smoked paprika? I know chili powder is not in all recipes or blends of seasoned salt, but I have found that just a bit adds some dimension. But this should not be hot to the taste in any way.
