FYI, you can use apple juice or white grape juice in lieu of wine and still get a similar flavour profile as the wine.

I absolutely love this recipe! I make something similar but it was a great idea to add some flavoring with the mustard. Such an easy dinner for a busy weeknight.

In reply to Becky B. Hi Becky! I have never had issues with my ham or cheese sliding off (But my oven and pans are newer--so they are pretty level, which is key). I would use a toothpick to hold in place if needed :)
