In reply to Murphy. Hi Murphy! Would by chance your dried spices be expired? Old spices can lack flavor. You may also want to bump the salt up a bit to enhance the flavor.

This was an easy recipe and I really enjoyed making it. It smelled terrific, however, it did not turn out very flavorful. I followed instructions and did not deviate. Any tips on why the flavor was lacking when so many others stated so flavorful? I want to try this again.

This is VERY good. In fact, all three of my kids cleaned their plates and my husband had seconds. It’s not spicy at all and very easy. I used breasts and they were not dry. I bet thighs would be amazing.

Made this last night, and despite my own error of forgetting to add the heavy cream at the end, it was still delicious! Can't wait to make it again and see how much better it is with the cream. I did feel like I could have added twice as much chicken without doubling the rest of the recipe and it would have still been plenty of sauce, but it's possible that adding the cream to thicken it up will yield a better ratio of sauce to chicken. 🙂

In reply to Laurie. Hi Laurie! I am so glad you so enjoyed this! To double the recipe, simply double all the ingredients but keep the cooking time the same. It will take a bit more time to come pressure, but the rest remains the same.

I loved this recipe. Any suggestions on doubling the quantities? How long would you recommend cooking 2 pounds of fresh chicken breast foe example. Would you also double all other ingredients? I’d love to make extra!
