Surprised to see microwave recommendations on a pressure cooker page. Why not reheat in the IP? That's what I use.

In reply to Robyn. Hi Robyn! I am thrilled to hear you enjoy so much! You can double this recipe easily! The cooking time will remain the same. Just keep in you may have a bit more liquid spew out from vent knob when doing a release of pressure after 5 minutes.
